木鱼湖公园北眺湘江，东倚湖南工程学院，总面积14.9公顷。十年前的这里，山环水抱，野趣盎然，令人神往。然而十年后，却水沽鱼绝，菜蔬点染，记忆消退。为挽回这城市中难以觅寻的自然山水景观资源。湘潭市政府决定将这里开发成湘潭市独具特色的城市湿地公园。木鱼湖公园以绿地山林为背景，水体景观为核心。依托自然地势和较丰富的绿化条件形成生态山水景区，并打造城市中心的活动休憩空间。2015年建成后，木鱼湖公园已与湘江滨江风光带河宝塔公园连成一片，成为湘潭城市绿地系统中的重要节点。

Muyu Lake Park overlooks Xiangjiang River in the north and hunan Institute of Engineering in the east, with a total area of 14.9 hectares. Ten years ago, here, surrounded by mountains and water, wild fun, fascinating. Ten years later, however, there are no fish, vegetables, memories fade. To restore the city’s hard-to-find natural landscape resources. Xiangtan municipal government decided to develop it into a unique urban wetland park of Xiangtan city. Muyu Lake Park takes green forest as the background and water landscape as the core. Relying on the natural terrain and rich green conditions to form an ecological landscape scenic spot, and create an activity and rest space in the city center. Built in 2015, Muyu Lake Park has been connected with riverside landscape belt and Pagoda Park, becoming an important node of Xiangtan urban green space system.

设计策略
Design Strategy

保护自然系统的可持续性 | Protect the sustainability of natural systems

A.由无水到有水：重建木鱼湖分洪闸，通过分洪满足木鱼湖的蓄水需求。
B.由死水到活水：木鱼湖蓄水量22-25万立方，为防止湖水腐蚀发臭，通过喷泉保证含氧量、利用湿地岛净化水体以及促进水的净化循环。
C.由无源之水到有源之水：利用排入的雨水和增加的人工水源，保证湿地的水量和水景广场的景观效果。

A. From no water to water: The flood diversion gate of Muyu Lake is rebuilt to meet the water storage needs of Muyu Lake through flood diversion.
B. From dead water to live water: Muyu Lake has a storage capacity of 22-250,000 cubic meters. In order to prevent corrosion and smell of lake water, the fountain ensures oxygen content, uses wetland island to purify water and promote water purification cycle.
C. From passive water to active water: the drainage of rainwater and increased artificial water sources are utilized to ensure the water quantity of wetland and the landscape effect of waterscape plaza.

满足市民活动的需求 | Meet the needs of the community

为市民提供可驻留场地，增加艺术活动空间，设计自行车道、音乐喷泉、沙滩广场等。同时为湖南工程学院新旧校区的人流通行开通安全穿行路径。

To provide residents with a place to stay, increase the space for art activities, design bike lanes, music fountains, beach plazas, etc. At the same time, the new and old campus of Hunan Institute of Engineering opened a safe crossing path.

为市民再续城市里的山水风光和河川印象。

河川印象——水镜广场 | River impression — Water Mirror Square

莲城，雨至。有人勇往直前，有人默默等待，有人撑伞同行，水镜广场中看众生千百态，享戏水之趣。在水滴花坛和台阶中嵌入蓄水通道，为人工水源提供出水路径。

Lotus City, rain. Some people march forward, some people wait silently, some people hold umbrellas, water mirror square to see thousands of sentient beings, enjoy the fun of water. Water storage channels are embedded in water drop flower beds and steps to provide outlet paths for artificial water sources.

大地之舞——景观桥 | Earth Dance — Landscape Bridge

木鱼湖公园成为衔接湖南工程学院新老校区的一部分绿色通道。通过三座景观桥连接出一条往返于新旧校区的安全路径，桥下车流溶解于公园，实现人车分流。

Muyu Lake Park has become a part of the green channel connecting the old and new campus of Hunan Institute of Engineering. Three landscape Bridges connect to create a safe path between the old campus and the new campus, and the traffic under the bridge dissolves into the park to realize the separation of people and vehicles.

鹤舞鱼跃——湿地小憩 | Crane Dance and Fish Jump – Wetland nap

白鹤展翅，栖息于湿地，游鱼戏水，演绎着鱼与飞鸟的故事。在喧嚣的城市中，置身于自然，小憩于平台上，享受着湿地的野趣。

White cranes spread their wings and live in wetlands. Fish play in the water, deducing the story of fish and birds. In the hustle and bustle of the city, place yourself in nature, rest on the platform, enjoy the wild fun.
